How we verify

Every piece is checked by a person. Until it is, it says so: a draft is marked "Draft · not verified yet", and that includes AI-assisted text.

  1. 01DraftA piece starts from research, a local partner or our own notes. AI helps with research and drafting. Drafts can go live early, marked "Draft · not verified yet".
  2. 02VerifyEvery fact is checked against its source; places are checked on site. Legends are marked as legends.
  3. 03EditThe piece is brought to our voice: specific, calm, never a brochure.
  4. 04ApproveA person signs it off and records the date it was checked.
  5. 05RefreshThe draft mark gives way to the date the piece was checked. Practical details such as prices and timetables are checked again on a schedule.

Every page shows whether it has been checked, and when. Spotted something out of date? [contact address to be added]
